SUPPORT

A little help,
from start to subtitles.

Contact gucheng52580@gmail.com for help in English or Chinese.

Getting started

  1. Choose Import Video or click the empty preview area. Select a video with spoken audio.
  2. Choose Transcribe and wait for local recognition. Automatic transcription can contain errors; review the result.
  3. Edit subtitle text and timing, adjust fonts and colors, or drag a preview caption to move all subtitles together.
  4. Choose Export Video and select a destination folder. Enable transcript and SRT export if you want those files as well.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need internet access or a separate model?

No. The recognition engine and model are included and process audio locally. Browsing this website or sending support email still requires internet access.

Does the exported video need an SRT file?

No. Subtitles are burned into the exported video frames and appear in ordinary players. SRT is an optional separate file.

How do I restore my edits?

Reimport the same video to restore its local project cache. Moving, renaming or changing the video may prevent a match. Clearing the cache removes saved edits.

What if recognition fails?

Check that the video has clear speech, choose the appropriate audio language and check available disk space. Try a shorter video. If the problem persists, send the full error message.

How do I remove saved data?

Open Settings → Local Data → Clear Local Project Cache. This removes cached edits and closes the project without deleting the original video or exported files.

Reporting a problem

Include the app version, macOS version, Mac chip, video format and duration, steps to reproduce, and the error message. You do not normally need to send your video. Avoid sharing sensitive recordings or subtitles.
